Had an amazing tasting experience on the rooftop of the Hotel Wilshire in LA to celebrate Foodie!

Chef Eric Greenspan put together a sweet treat tastings (chocolate, cheese, honey) with after dinner Italian liqueurs…brilliant.

And delicious.

Namesake dish! Love me some chicken & waffles. Especially when the waffles are all warm and the butter melts into the little squares. Scooped into a bite with maple syrup and crispy chicken? Winner!

I have been making these on the regs, and experimenting with proteins. Shrimp is super delicious, btw. Especially with extra hot sauce.

I served the pie on the left at cards night to my fabulous Ladies of Spades; and popped the ramekins in the freezer for Tim and I to have later this week after I recover from the launch of Foodie…

…Pot Pie. Pinot. Couch Snuggling with both of my Timothy’s. Justified obsessed? Yes.
